Glasses and head butts

I got my new glasses yesterday. The frames are much lighter than my old ones. I can barely tell I’m wearing these glasses. From the weight of them, I mean. I can tell I’m wearing them because I’m able to see things much better than before. I didn’t realize until now how much my old reading glasses just weren’t doing the job anymore.

My dog Chloe gave me the hardest head butt I’ve ever received in my life the other night. I was holding her in my lap (keep in mind, she weighs at least 50 pounds, but she thinks she’s a lap dog) and she got excited when The Husband got the laser pointer out. Chloe LOVES the laser pointer. So she started squirming and cracked me right in the head with her rock hard skull. She hit me so hard, she made my right eye, nose, and right ear ache for about an hour afterward even though she had hit me near the top of my head on the right side. I still have a little lump there that’s tender. That dog has the hardest head I’ve ever encountered.
