I’m on the email list for a bowling company that has a place in Goldsboro, which is about twenty minutes from me, but also has a place near my parents in Florida, so I could use the coupons either when I’m in NC or in FL.
Every so often they send me a new email coupon for money off or some other kind of offer. Because my birthday is coming up next month, yesterday they sent me a coupon telling me that I could book a party at one of their locations and I could bowl free if I had at least 10 guests.
But I have just one question…
Why did they send me a coupon that expired 105 years ago?
How could I have booked my bowling party before the coupon expired when I wasn’t born yet?? My great-grandparents weren’t even born yet in 1904!
