I had about the same amount of sleep last night. Today I downed my very first Red Bull. Very much recommended.
I’ve never tried Red Bull, but maybe I should have bought one yesterday while I was at Walgreens during lunch. I could have used something to make me bounce off the walls! 😉
Me too, but I love coffee. Problem was, I needed to have coffee before making it for myself. Amost burned the coffee machine because I forgot to put the water in before turning it on…
Ack! Why hasn’t anyone invented a coffee-making robot that takes care of everything for you before you’ve had your first cup? 😉
Why the insomnia? Stress or too much caffeine? Hope tonight goes better!
I’m not sure, but it could have been the four ounces of Coca-Cola that I drank Sunday afternoon. I don’t drink coffee, tea, or caffeinated sodas so I don’t ingest very much caffeine typically. But Sunday I had bought a couple bottles of Coke for my husband and I suddenly had a really bad craving for a nice cold Coke. So I drank about one-third of the 12oz bottle and gave the rest to my husband. Even that 4 ounces is much more caffeine than my body is used to ingesting!
Last night was much better. Went to bed early and managed to sleep all night. Just wish I could have slept in! 😉
