You know what’s really nice? Getting off the treadmill and having a hot breakfast already waiting for me. The Husband got the idea yesterday that he wanted to make breakfast for us today so he bought all the breakfast-y ingredients after work yesterday.
I’m sure that the fried eggs and sausage and bacon and toast with grape jelly packed on the calories I had just walked off, but that’s okay. It was good! We’re typically cereal people, with occasional visits to McDonald’s (hot cakes for him, sausage/egg/cheese McGriddle for me) so cooking breakfast is a very rare event at our house.
He cooks breakfast AND he bought me Sex and the City: The Movie on DVD yesterday (with a bonus music disc) too. I’m going to get spoiled. (The Husband says, “Going to get spoiled? You already ARE spoiled!”)
You are spoiled! But, hey, there’s nothing wrong with that since you clearly appreciate it. What a sweetie you have!
Sex and the City?
I was recently on a 30-hour plane ride. The airline offered a handful of films, one of which was “Sex and the City.” I must say, even in that confined space, bored out of my mind, I still could not bear to watch it through to its entirety. I tried three times, each attempt cut short due to complete annoyance.
Be careful with that movie.

Re: Sex and the City?
I actually watched it last night and loved it (although I think several scenes could have been cut out). But then, I’m a huge fan of the series and have all of the DVDs. 🙂
