Yes, my legs hate me today. This weekend I decided that I had become too accustomed to my treadmill routine, so I decided to change things up. I put in one minute bursts of light jogging at 5mph every few minutes. I didn’t push myself too hard, but I did do it three or four times during the 30 minute workouts.
So today my leg muscles hate me. They had gotten used to the nice, easy pace and don’t like when I mix in new stuff.
I think I’m going to get my hair cut this week. I’ve been talking to The Husband about it since February, saying that I’d like to chop my hair off when the weather warms up. This past week I decided that I was to the point that I’m tired of my current hairstyle and need something new. So what kind of hairstyle am I planning to get?
Make sure you take a picture of THIS haircut because now she has a haircut like her husband. . .VERY VERY SHORT!

Stretch! That’sll work the sore out. And make sure you’re feeding your muscles with protein. It helps the recovery.
I love this haircut! I’ve been tempted since she got it to do mine this way but I’m afraid it’s high maintenance (compared to a ponytail!)
