Big Spring Planting Project

How is the week already over? I guess I’ve been too exhausted to notice much. We’ve been working on our Big Spring Planting Project since Saturday morning. What made the BSPP take so long is that we had to dig up all the old plants that The Husband decided he didn’t like anymore. So that took up all of Saturday. Plus we lost an hour driving to town and back because the shovel The Husband bought the day before we started broke in half on its first use. Then all the time on Sunday was spent pulling up weeds and roots that didn’t come up with the rest of the plants. Finally, on Monday we started planting.

We’re almost done. Just two plants left to go and then we have to put down mulch and finally the BSPP will be done. I am tired. Gardening is way too much work for me.

LIBBY has been sent back to my editor, so that’s off my mind for a little while. I love seeing all the video logs the other writers on my friends pages are doing lately and it makes me want to do one too, but for some reason my accent becomes really thick on video. I don’t think I have a strong accent when I talk in real life, but video I definitely do.

Anyway, I might do one. I haven’t decided yet.

I loved the first few minutes of The Office last night. I absolutely love the pranks Jim plays on Dwight and last night was hilarious. But it still hasn’t beaten my very favorite prank–Faxes from Future Dwight.

I could watch that over and over again all day. So funny.

I missed the last part when Dwight dressed up as Jim! I thought yesterday’s was pretty hilarious; I like it better when they don’t focus on the Jim/Pam/Karen stuff.

congrats on your novel’s debut in ’08! how exciting! i love the office too, but i’m only on the second season (DVD) so i can’t watch your You Tube. That guy is so cute–i’m not surprised he’s got a movie coming out. thanks for the friend add (hope you like my new and improved meatless nugget).
