YouTube has to be the best invention ever, simply because I can find all the music videos I used to love and experience them all over again. I’m talking about 80s music videos. I used to sit in front of the TV at my grandma’s (because we didn’t have cable at my house until I was older) to watch them on MTV. Back when MTV actually played music videos and not 101 different reality shows, that is.
Don’t Cry by Guns N Roses. One of my top favorite GNR songs (the other is “Sweet Child O’ Mine”), featuring both Axl Rose and Shannon Hoon of Blind Melon. I used to have such huge crushes on them.
November Rain, just because you can’t mention GNR music videos without mentioning this one too.
Blaze of Glory by Jon Bon Jovi.
And what is probably my favorite music video ever, Take On Me by a-ha. I’d watch all day hoping this video would come on.
That’s also my fave video of all time…..I always wanted to jump into the drawings.
Hi there! I found your LJ through Verla’s and we seem to have a lot in common, so I figured I’d friend you. Hope that’s okay! 🙂
Hi! Thanks for friending me. I’ve added to you my friends list too. 😀
