Cough, cough

Of course I can’t get sick in winter like a normal person. I have to get sick in the middle of summer, when it’s a hundred degrees outside and I’m wrapped up in blankets because I’m FREEZING, and I have a million projects to work on at my day job (web designer) as well as a deadline for revisions on LIBBY. I woke up this morning with a temperature of 100.2F. I left work early yesterday because I felt terrible and my temperature then was 99.8.

Gah.

I took some cold medicine a little while ago so I have like three seconds until I pass out in a drug-induced sleep.

I’d really like to know who gave me their germs so I can give them back.

Um…I think it was my kids. They’re icky too. Sorry–being sick Stinks with a capital S.
Hope you’re feeling better soon. 🙂 And good luck with your revisions once you’re up to them!

I know, when I first felt bad I kept saying, “People are not supposed to get sick in SUMMER!”

Thanks, I’m feeling mostly better today so hopefully the worst is behind me. 🙂
