I saw the running boxer guy again yesterday afternoon on my way home. It was raining. He was still running while punching at the air except he wasn’t wearing his usual uniform. This time he wore a bright yellow rain slicker complete with bright yellow plastic pants and a bright yellow plastic hat! Still had the black gloves on though.
