How do you keep an eight-month-old puppy happy?
Take her somewhere that she can play with water, mud, AND bugs at the same time.
We took Chloe to see the river for the first time yesterday. She had so much fun sniffing everything and trying to jump at all the people who walked by. We weren’t sure how she’d react to the river since the only water she had ever been exposed to before was in a bathtub. But she waded right in up to her belly so she could sniff a fallen tree. And get her feet dirty. See that picture up there? Her feet used to be white.
She was exhausted when we left. She got into the backseat of my car and slept during the ride to get supper and then go back home.
