I started off December by starting a new book. It’s the next YA I had planned. The working title is Natalie’s Book, which is how I’ll refer to it here, but I do have a real title already in mind for it. The premise of this book is fun, so hopefully the book itself will be fun for me to write. Libby’s and Emma’s books were fun all the way through. I was so in love with them. Kayla’s book, Band Geeks, was…eh. It was fun at times, but then the end caused me so much trouble and I had to take time away from it. I do like the book (did I mention that I finished it a week or so ago? I don’t think I did), but it was a problem child compared to its angelic sisters Emma and Libby.
I’m hoping Natalie won’t be too much trouble. Although the trouble is what makes it interesting, I suppose. I can’t be the stereotypical writer pulling out my hair and banging my head on my keyboard if my books sail along smoothly, can I?
