Three choices

We took the super cool looking Ultra Thin Keyboard back to Radio Shack last night and got our money back. Research online led me to LOTS of other people having a problem with the keys on that keyboard quitting on them.

So now I have just the not so super cool looking Palm Portable Keyboard, which still DOESN’T WORK.

So I don’t get to write during lunch unless I handwrite. Which doesn’t cut it. I can’t write as fast as I can type and so my handwriting gets harder to read as I get more involved in the scene. And it makes my hand hurt. </end whine>

I’m faced with three options:

  1. Hunt down a new keyboard from an online store that still has one in stock, even though they’re no longer being made and I’ll probably have the same problems again
  2. Buy an entirely new PDA and keyboard in an updated model since mine is obselete
  3. Just break down and buy a laptop and forget the whole PDA business

What to do? My bank account likes option 1 best since it’s the cheapest. My geeky side likes option 3 best.
